How we build your kitchen

Every kitchen begins with a free on-site measure so the design matches your walls, floors and services to the millimetre. For carcasses we use durable melamine board, and in the wet zones around the sink and dishwasher we specify high-moisture-resistant (HMR) MDF, which resists moisture far better than standard board though no timber product is fully waterproof. Doors can be laminate, timber veneer, solid timber or a sprayed 2-pac polyurethane finish, depending on the look and budget you want. Soft-close hinges and full-extension soft-close drawer runners are fitted as standard, using the calibre of hardware brands such as Blum and Hettich that buyers recognise. For benchtops we work with compliant materials only, including laminate, natural stone, porcelain and timber; we do not fabricate or install engineered stone, in line with the national prohibition that began in July 2024. Once built in our workshop, our own team installs the kitchen and finishes the job properly, rather than leaving you to arrange separate trades.

Design and workshop build

Once your quote is approved, we finalise the design and order your materials, then build your cabinetry in our workshop. We use the right board for the job, including moisture-resistant board for kitchens, laundries and vanities, and finishes ranging from durable melamine and laminate through to timber veneer and sprayed 2-pac. Soft-close hinges and runners are fitted as standard. Building off site means precise, controlled joinery and less disruption in your home.

Professional installation

Our own team delivers and installs your cabinetry, scribing it neatly to your walls and floors for a proper custom fit. We check that doors and drawers are aligned, that soft-close hardware runs smoothly and that the finished job matches the design.
